years experience in the mineral exploration industry.
He has founded several public companies including Canalaska Uranium Ltd.,
Freegold Ventures Limited, Pacific North West Capital Corp. and Fire River Gold
Corp. and presently is a Director as well as President and CEO of both Pacific
North West Capital, Fire River Gold and Chairman of El Nino Ventures Inc. His
expertise lies in successfully identifying key mining professionals to
accomplish their respective corporate objectives. Mr. Barr and his team have
raised in excess of $200 million in exploration financings and have entered into
over 30 option joint venture agreements with major, mid-tier and junior mining
companies.

corporate compliance and administration. She has over 30 years experience in
both public and private sectors. Prior to joining El Nino Ventures Inc. full
time, she was VP, Administration and Corporate Secretary for Pacific North West
Capital Corp., CanAlaska Uranium Ltd., and Freegold Ventures Limited.

Mr. Oness has extensive experience and education in all aspects of corporate
management with strengths in strategic planning, business development and
investor relations for public companies. He has served as a director, executive
and consultant to public companies in the resource and non-resource fields over
a 20 year career.

Mr. Moore is a Director of Goldcliff Resource Corporation and Freegold
Ventures Limited. He is a graduate from the University of British Columbia from
the Faculty of Commerce (1976) and from the Masters of Business Administration
program (1982). He has held junior and senior executive positions with various
companies, including Trionics Technology Ltd., Trivest Management Inc., Global
Securities Corporation, Pacific International Securities Inc. and HTI Ventures
Corp.

Director
Mr. Cacos is a Director of Fire River Gold Corp. and Next Gen Metals Inc. He
holds a Master of Arts degree in International Relations & Diplomacy from Paris,
France and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Simon Fraser University. He has
extensive experience in Corporate Communications and Corporate Finance,
specializing in public mineral exploration companies and has been responsible
for advising management on public relations, corporate finance and corporate
strategy. Mr. Cacos has an extensive network of contacts within the financial
community including fund managers, industry analysts and media throughout North
America, the United Kingdom and continental Europe.
Linda Holmes
Director
Ms. Holmes has been a Canadian/U.S. Regulatory Compliance Consultant to
public companies since 1994. She is a Director of Fire River Gold Corp., Pacific
North West Capital Corp. (Corporate Secretary) and Next Gen Metals Inc.
(Corporate Secretary). Ms. Holmes has served as a director, corporate secretary
or compliance manager for several public companies, mostly in the mineral
resource industry, over the past 25 years.
