	Harry Barr Chairman, CEO and Director Mr. Barr has over 30 years of experience in the mining industry, founding Freegold Ventures Limited (retired Oct 2007), Canalaska Uranium Ltd. (retired June 2007), Pacific North West Capital Corp. (currently President and CEO), and Fire River Gold Corp. (retired March 2011). Over the last 15 years, Mr. Barr has acted in various management capacities for El Nino Ventures Inc. (currently Chairman and CEO), and Next Gen Metals Inc. (currently President and CEO) and Southern Sun Minerals (currently Chairman). Mr. Barr is on the Board of Directors of Pacific North West Capital Corp., El Nino Ventures Inc., Next Gen Metals Inc., Southern Sun Minerals Inc. and Copper Reef Mining Corp. Mr. Barr has created shareholder value by building teams to assist him in corporate finance, project acquisition, and exploration and development of mineral projects in 9 countries and 3 continents. As a CEO, he has guided his management teams to complete over 100 option joint venture agreements with major, mid-tier, and junior mining companies.
	John Oness Chief Operating Officer and Director Mr. Oness has extensive experience and education in all aspects of corporate management with strengths in strategic planning, business development and investor relations for public companies. He has served as a director, executive and consultant to public companies in the resource and non-resource fields over a 20 year career.
	Robert Guanzon Chief Financial Officer Mr. Guanzon has been in the field of accounting for more than 20 years. He has been involved in the financial reporting of pharmaceutical manufacturing, business, research and development, real estate/property management and project building construction. Mr. Guanzon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He brings extensive experience in dealing with financial matters and corporate strategy.
	Dr. William Stone Executive Vice President, Exploration Dr. Stone, M.Sc and Ph.D, Geology, has held senior positions with international and Canadian mining and mineral exploration companies based in Vancouver and Toronto and has more than twenty-five years of exploration experience, including significant experience with platinum group metals (PGMs) and nickel-copper sulphides and a wealth of technical and practical experience. He served as Principal Geologist and Vice President of Exploration with several Canadian and Australian listed firms, including positions with WMC Resources Ltd. at Kambalda (Western Australia), location of world-class nickel sulphide and gold mining districts. Dr. Stone was also a Senior Lecturer in Economic Geology and Geochemistry at the University of Western Australia in Perth. Dr. Stone joins us from his most recent position as Vice-President of Exploration, Canada, for Magma Metals Ltd., where he was responsible for exploration of the recently discovered TBN PGE-Cu-Ni sulphide deposit near Thunder Bay, Ontario. Previously he served as Vice President of Exploration for North American Palladium Ltd., where he was responsible for PGE exploration at the Lac des Iles Mine near Thunder Bay and the APP Joint Venture Project in Finland, and gold exploration at the Sleeping Giant Mine near Amos, Quebec. He is currently President and COO of Pacific North West Capital Corp.
	Ali Hassanalizadeh Vice President, Exploration Mr. Hassanalizadeh, M.Sc, PGeo, MBA is a senior geologist who possess extensive experience in mineral exploration and project management. He graduated in geology in 1991 and completed his M.Sc. in Petrology in 1995. In 2010 he completed an MBA at Queen's University, building on his experiences as Project Geologist and Project Manager. Ali has been responsible for a number of Uranium, gold and base metal projects during his exploration career with various explorations companies. Ali is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. He is currently Vice President for Exploration of Pacific North West Capital Corp.
	Scott Donaldson, MBA, CMA Vice President, Business Development Scott has been Vice President for several corporations, primarily in the Financial Services Industry serving the US Market and including copper-gold exploration mining in Chile.  He has successfully fulfilled roles in Financing, Management Development, Risk Management, Reporting and Analysis and Project Management across a broad spectrum of projects varying from construction to IS Operational Systems analysis and implementation. Scott holds a BA in Economics from the University of British Columbia, a Masters of Business Administration from Queen's University and is a Certified Management Accountant in BC.  He is concurrently Vice President - Business Development for Next Gen Metals Inc.
	Coreena Hansen Corporate Secretary Coreena Hansen has over nine years experience in corporate compliance and public company management. She has significant expertise in the areas of corporate governance, financing transactions and securities regulatory filings in both Canada and the US. Ms. Hansen has formerly held director and officer positions in a number of private and publicly traded companies. She concurrently holds the position of Corporate Secretary for Pacific North West Capital Corp. and Next Gen Metals Inc.
	Gary Moore, MBA, BComm. Director Mr. Moore is a Director of Goldcliff Resource Corporation and Freegold Ventures Limited. He is a graduate from the University of British Columbia from the Faculty of Commerce (1976) and from the Masters of Business Administration program (1982). He has held junior and senior executive positions with various companies, including Trionics Technology Ltd., Trivest Management Inc., Global Securities Corporation, Pacific International Securities Inc. and HTI Ventures Corp.
	Linda Holmes Director Ms. Holmes has been a Canadian/U.S. Regulatory Compliance Consultant to public companies since 1994. She is a Director of Fire River Gold Corp., Pacific North West Capital Corp. and Next Gen Metals Inc. Ms. Holmes has served as a director, corporate secretary or compliance manager for several public companies, mostly in the mineral resource industry, over the past 25 years.
	Michael Neumann, P. Eng. Director Since 1993, Mr. Neumann has been Proprietor of Neumann Engineering and Mining Services, Inc. providing international engineering services focusing primarily on underground hard rock engineering facets such as mine design, productivity improvements, rock mechanics, second opinions, peer reviews and other types of studies. Mr. Neumann is a graduate of Haileybury School of Mines and Michigan Technological University (Mining Engineering Degree) a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining, the International Society of Rock Mechanics and the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario. Concurrent with his current position, from 2003 to 2006, Mr. Neumann was Director and Chief Operating Officer of Silver Eagle Mines Inc., a TSX listed Canadian-based silver exploration and development company. Prior to this Mr. Neumann was Co- Founder and Director of the Engineering Seismology Group Inc. based in Kingston, Ontario. His early industry experience includes positions of Chief Engineer at Campbell Red Lake Mines and Underground Superintendent at Barrick's Holt McDermott Mine.
