Amendment to Non-Brokered Private Placement

September 7, 2010 Vancouver, Canada -- El Niņo Ventures Inc. ("ELN" and the "Company") (TSX.V: ELN; Frankfurt: E7Q) As per the press release issued on September 2, 2010, ELN wishes to amend the pricing of the warrant pertaining to the non-brokered private placement of up to 10,000,000 units at a purchase price of $0.05 per unit for gross proceeds of up to $500,000. Each unit will consist of one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant. Each share purchase warrant will now entitle the holder to purchase one common share of the Company over a period of three years at a price of $0.10 per share.

A finder's fee may be payable. The foregoing is subject to regulatory approval.

The proceeds of this private placement will be used to acquire new projects and general working capital.
